If you're interested in our garden rooms, but you'd like to take a closer look at what we have to offer before you make any purchasing decisions, then we strongly recommend a visit to one of our outdoor living showrooms. We have locations in both Cardiff
, making us easily accessible from most places in England and Wales.
Why visit your nearest SunSpaces showroom?
Because, to quote Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell, there ain't nothing like the real thing! We think we've done a pretty good job of showing off our products here on the SunSpaces website, but things like garden rooms and verandas really must be seen in the flesh (or, indeed, the metal) in order to properly appreciate their appeal.
Visiting your local SunSpaces showroom will also give you the opportunity to speak with us face-to-face. Garden rooms are really just the start of what we're able to offer our customers; we do our best to provide a completely holistic outdoor living service, and we'd love to discuss our various other products - including our garden furniture and outdoor flooring options - with you in person. If you're interested, we can even start putting together a 3D design
of your garden room!

There are a lot of reasons to choose SunSpaces over a standard home extension, but perhaps the single most persuasive argument in our favour is the fact that our sunrooms can be constructed without any professional assistance. This means that you don't have to pay for builders or contractors when you're adding one of our garden rooms to your property - you can simply do the work yourself!
Building a sunroom on your own may sound daunting, particularly if you've minimal DIY experience, but believe us when we say that it's a walk in the park. Each of our structures is supplied with an instructional DVD and a step-by-step assembly guide that makes building your SunSpace a spectacularly straightforward task.
Our sunrooms can generally be constructed in the space of two days - all you need to do is set aside a weekend, and you'll have completed the job from start to finish by the time you go back to work on Monday (no doubt armed with photos of your hard work to show your colleagues). All of this being said, we at SunSpace do offer a full installation service
for customers who would rather leave the work to someone else - if you are interested in taking advantage of this service, please give us a call on 029 2080 3755
(Cardiff Office) or 01753 575102
(Slough Office) to discuss your requirements with a member of the SunSpaces team.
We're big fans of minimalism here at SunSpaces; the less-is-more look really appeals to us, and we think that our sleek garden rooms are perfect for such designs.
Minimalism - by its very nature - doesn't require all that much in the way of accessorising, but if you are thinking of trying a minimal design in your own garden room, here are 5 items that we think will suit your needs perfectly:
Chrome Floor Lamp with Black Shade
This striking black floor lamp is perfect for a minimal design scheme, and it's bound to look brilliant in your SunSpaces garden room.
If, on the other hand, you'd prefer a lamp that's small enough to put on a table, then this bold little number will do the trick rather nicely!
Marimekko Unikko Pillowcase
This pillowcase pattern has a beautiful, almost Japanese appearance - use it on the cushions in your minimal sunroom design for comfortable, stylish results!
Mike White Coffee Table
Straight lines are a staple of any minimal design, and this pretty white coffee table uses straight lines to create a very arresting piece of furniture. It would also make the perfect home for your flower pot table lamp (see above!)
Nordic Cariboo Rug
Finally, this simple black rug will add the perfect finish to your minimal garden room and provide a bit of extra comfort underfoot.

If you thought that our sunrooms were only suitable for sunny days...think again! We may call ourselves SunSpaces, but our mission is to help our customers to get the most from their outdoor spaces no matter what the weather's doing.
With autumn now upon us (and winter right behind it), a lot of British gardens will now remain unused until spring arrives and the temperature becomes a little more friendly. But the changing of the seasons doesn't have put your outdoor living space into retirement every year - even when it's cold outside, a sunroom from SunSpaces can still be a wonderful place to spend an afternoon.
Staying warm in your sunroom
One of the obvious benefits of a walled garden room is the protection it affords you from the elements. Wind, rain, and cold weather won't bother you when you're snug inside your SunSpace...and if the sun should happen to show its face, you can always open the doors and let the warmth in!
Need a bit of extra heat? No problem - our garden rooms and verandas can be supplied with 2KW heaters if required. Of course, our glass extensions are naturally quite warm on the inside anyway, but if you like things extra-toasty, who are we to judge?
We also offer optional draught seals to complement our sunrooms. Fitting one of these will ensure that cold draughts cannot enter your garden room and spoil the warm, cosy environment you've created for yourself.
If you're thinking of adding one of our garden rooms to your property, you'll probably want to see a few pictures before you make your mind up. Here are some choice snaps from the SunSpaces photo gallery:
Here's an elegant image with which to get the ball rolling - the sliding glass walls
give this room a seamless and modern look that's very appealing indeed.
Of course, you don't have to have sliding walls if you don't want to - this fixed panel
garden room looks exceptionally stylish in its own right, giving its owner a comfortable, attractive place in which to sit and survey the garden proper.
If you so desire, your garden room doesn't even have to be attached to your house. Our detached garden rooms
make spectacularly modern standalone features, and you may find that, by distancing your SunSpace from the property itself, you create for yourself a peaceful retreat where you can escape from the hustle and bustle of domestic life.
