Personal information submitted via one of our online enquiry forms will only be used to respond to your enquiry.
Personal information submitted while requesting a home visit or 3D design will be used to fulfil your request. Additionally, we may contact you afterwards to ask if you require any further products or services from SunSpaces.
The anonymous information we collect using Google Analytics is used to measure and improve the performance of our website.
Phone calls may be recorded for internal training purposes.
If you give us permission to do so, we may add your email address to the SunSpaces/Greensquares mailing list – see point 4 for further details.

Some Greensquares products are provided by third-party suppliers. If you purchase these products, we will need to share your name, address and telephone number(s) with the relevant supplier in order to fulfil our obligations as a seller.
